The Student Sustainability Association at Penn (SSAP) was founded in 2010 to foster cohesion among undergrad sustainability groups, impact campus sustainability, and create a unified student voice on green issues at Penn.
The formal community has grown immensely since the 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟵 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻. We receive our funding from Penn Sustainability, Penn's administrative office to improve campus sustainability, and seek to actively work with students, staff, and faculty to improve environmental consciousness and outcomes on campus.
